这是我第二次撰写纸杯蛋糕，早在2009年曾经于我报《森品堂》美食专栏撰写及介绍过其他地方的纸杯蛋糕。
会邂逅这家纸杯蛋糕专卖店，是因远方表妹其婚宴选用纸杯蛋糕作为回赠来宾的小礼饼。固然婚宴设在六星级酒店，当天除了香槟让我感到满意以外，就只有这个小小的纸杯蛋糕让我印象最为深刻。
